For example, the notary plays a much smaller role and it is important to be assisted by a solid lawyer who controls all legal matters.

At the start of your viewing trip Marc welcomes you at the airport and brings you to a luxury hotel arranged by CoBla real estate.
We will cover the accommodation costs if you decide to purchase a property offered by us. You pay for the flight for your viewing trip yourself.
In addition to visiting the apartments, villas or houses selected for you, there will be plenty of time left to discover the region. We will show you the most beautiful places and immerse you in the Spanish atmosphere. At the end of the trip we will bring you back to the airport.
We guarantee personal guidance throughout the entire purchase process. So you are always assured of a 100% Dutch-speaking follow-up. Marc or Annemieke will personally accompany you during your appointment with the lawyer and the notary, among others.
When the construction of your dream home in Spain is ongoing, our team will follow up for you. So you will receive regular photos of the progress.
