Relax with a glass of bubbles in the lounge chairs, enjoy a cozy family BBQ, relax in and around your own private swimming pool. It's all possible in this Eivissa villa. The house, suitable for a maximum of 6 people, is located in the Pueblo Bravo urbanization in Rojales, just 4 kilometers from the beautiful idyllic El Moncayo beach in Guardamar.

Description:

On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and the necessary pots and pans for cooking. Don't feel like cooking yourself? Don't worry, we have some nice culinary addresses ready for you in the house.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a storage room with washing machine and ironing board, a 1st bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower head and a bedroom with a double bed. You reach the 1st floor via a staircase. Here is the 2nd bathroom also equipped with a sink, toilet and a walk-in shower with rain shower head. The 2nd bedroom with terrace contains 2 separate single beds. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds next to each other.

The entire house has air conditioning.

From the hall a staircase takes you further to the solarium from which you have a beautiful view of the salt lakes of Torrevieja. In the distance you can even glimpse the Mediterranean Sea. The showpiece is the private swimming pool of 11x 3.6 m.

The house is also equipped with: Dutch TV, home automation, WIFI, iron, hairdryer, drying rack, bed and bath linen, cot on request, 6 sun loungers, BBQ, 3 bicycles including 2 mountain bikes and parking space for your car.

The supermarket is 300 meters walking distance.

For those who like to go on excursions, there is an information folder available in the house with various excursions in and around the Costa Blanca.

Rates excluding school holidays:

January – February – March - €695 per week

April - May - June €895 per week

July – August €1,195 per week

September - October €895 per week

November – December €695 per week

School holidays:

Spring, Easter, autumn and Christmas holidays - €895 per week

Deposit €400 per rental period.

These rates are calculated per week.

In the high season of July and August we rent from Saturday to Saturday.

These rates include:

* meet & greet in Dutch,

* final cleaning

* bath and bed linen, kitchen and dish cloths.

The consumption of water and electricity will be settled at the end of your stay.

If you stay at least 2 full weeks you will receive a discount of €100.

Rates for longer term stays or snowbirds on request.
