The properties are built through a self-build process, with payments made in stages as construction progresses. The estimated construction period is approximately 10 months from the granting of the building permit.
The builder manages the entire administrative process, including the building permit, architect and required documentation. It is also possible to visit completed properties to see the materials and finishes in person.
